Big Brother 19 - Episode 27: ZZZIIIIIINNNNGGGGGG!

Side note:  I wonder if the houseguests got to experience the eclipse.  I hope so.

This is going to be a short post.  When your son has strep, your toddler still has ear drainage from an infection, and you're in so much pain from GAS ( of all things) that you feel like you want to die...note-taking during BB doesn't feel like much of a priority.  Don't get it twisted though...I still watched!

Mark is still fighting for his life, which is respectable  He wants to stay and fight.  He's shown his ability to win when needed, so I'm not counting him out.

Players are picked for the Veto comp.  Two Houseguest choice chips were picked (what are the odds???) and Christmas brain-farted and chose Raven.  Matt chose Paul and lo' and behold, Mark's chip was the final one picked.

President Zingbot shows up and roasts EVERYONE, which was pretty hilarious.  He got in good shots with everyone. He referenced Alex carrying Jason around like dead weight.  He mentioned Paul losing to Nicole in BB18.  He said it was surprising that Matt was still in the game, considering the only thing he's done is Raven.  OUCH!  He said that Mark was bisexual, because every time he tried to get sexual with Elena, she said "BYE!".  I like punny jokes.  He basically said Raven's makeup made her look like a clown, and at first, she didn't get it, #sopretty.  He called Alex a bad name that they had to beep out.  I don't remember what he said about Kevin, but I do remember Kevin flipping him off.  Oh well, Zingbot is there to ruffle feathers...and host the Veto comp.

It was the classic comp of walking down a slippery slope using a small container to fill a larger container.  You could fill the smaller of the two containers and gain access to a large scoop to fill your container, or you could just go for the larger container.  Christmas wasn't medically cleared, so he had to watch from the sidelines.  It must kill her every time that happens, seeing how she's so athletic and such a competitor.  Jason was the only one who went for the large scoop.  Paul had the lead, but with the use of the larger scoop, Jason surpassed Paul.  Unfortunately, Mark was never really a contender.  He fell too many times, and overall this just wasn't his comp to win.

Side note: LOVED the dig at Donald Trump "who would've thought a robot who started on a reality show could become president?"  LMAO!!!!

Mark pleads his case to Christmas and Josh once more, pledging his allegiance to them and telling them that this could be the time to get Alex out of the house by putting her up on the block instead.  Christmas considers it but ultimately puts Mark on the block when Jason pulls himself off.  Christmas still has the opportunity to break up another power couple by sending Matt home, who is on the block beside Mark.  Personally, I don't see it happening...but anything can happen between last night and tonight.  I'm about to watch tonight's episode now.  Will Mark be able to save himself and live to play another week, or will he be reunited with his BFF Cody and showmance wannabe Elena?  Guess I'm about to find out!  I'll be back, Y'all!
