Big Brother 19 - Episode 31: Somebody's Gonna Have to Clean That Fan...

...'cause a lot of shit just hit it.  The last remaining showmance of the season will be split apart tonight.  #ButFirst...

The Veto meeting could've gone better.  Jason went into the storage room to return the Veto box and Alex came in behind him.  She was furious with him for not going along with the house and replacing Raven with Kevin on the block.  Matt and Raven are PISSED, and he doesn't want to leave the storage room and face the music. Alex tells him to just stay in there for a few minutes and she'll stay with him.

Raven is furious about the fact that Jason directly told her that he would pull one of them off of the block if he could.  Matt is furious because he feels Jason is hiding from them in the storage room.  Matt, Raven, and Paul talk outside and Jason finally comes out of the storage room.  Matt goes back in the house to see if Jason has emerged so he can confront him.  Jason tries to save his ass by saying that he never specifically said he would pull one of them off of the block.  He most certainly did, but whether or not he actually remembers remains to be seen.  Even in the Diary Room, he says that he never, ever said he would save one of them.  The DR is the one place you can tell the truth.  Kevin hasn't really grasped the concept of that either, but more on that in a bit.

Matt calls him everything from a pussy to a punk bitch.  He can't believe that he would blatantly lie.  At this point, Matt already knows he's getting evicted, so he decides to stir the pot and ask the house who cast the two votes to evict him last week.  Alex lies to Mark's face and tells him that she did not vote for him.  The WTF look on Jason's face at that very moment was priceless!  No one was looking at him though, so it went unnoticed.  Matt asks Kevin, and Kevin swears on his kids that he did not cast a vote to evict Matt.  Matt tries to ask Jason and he immediately tries to divert the question.  Matt tells him it's a simple yes or no question, and Jason finally admits that he was a vote.  He didn't turn on Alex and dime her out, which I was (1) surprised about and (2) happy about.  He could've easily stuck his foot in his mouth and ratted her out, but he didn't.  Matt goes outside to cool off, and Kevin follows right behind him.

The rest of the house is on to Kevin's game.  He hasn't won a competition yet, but he's playing a mean social game.  Josh, Christmas, and Paul discuss the fact that Kevin has cozied up to every evicted Juror, coming to the conclusion that he is getting on their good side right before they leave the house, so the last memory of Kevin is "you know, he was all right." Apparently, Kevin has been talking shit about Matt for a long time, talking about how he doesn't do anything around the house, not playing a good game, etc., but now he's talking to Matt saying "they are the only two that don't lie in the house" and "we are the same, you and me".  Get ALL THE WAY out of here with that!  If they were the same, Kevin would've been tight with Matt from the giddy up.   Paul wanders outside to interrupt whatever conversation Kevin is having with Matt.  Paul doesn't want Kevin to get his grips on Matt, potentially securing his own jury vote.

Kevin comes back into the house and Josh confronts him, asking him about the $25,000 from day one.  Kevin says "You got it, Josh.  You told me you were the one who got it."  This turns into a huge argument when Josh promptly tells Kevin to "swear on his kids".  Kevin goes OFF, telling him "don't tell me to fuckin' swear on my kids!"  Um, HELLO?  Christmas noticed that, buddy.  He's literally been swearing on his kids all season, but the one time that someone confronts him in a lie?  He refuses to do it. Kevin just swore on his kids that he didn't vote for Matt to be evicted minutes before, which also told Christmas that Alex was the 2nd vote, and she lied to everyone's face.

Kevin looked like he would legit punch Josh in the face during that argument.  Then, they show Kevin in the DR, talking about "all you have is your word" and "my word is my bond. All Boston guys are like that."  Once again, HELLO?!?!" You're in the Diary Room so (1) tell the fucking truth. Everyone you're talking to in there already knows you took the $25k. and (2) are you so riled up that you literally forgot you can stop lying in there?  Mind. BLOWN.

Matt is evicted by a unanimous vote and Maven is done...for now.  I hope they make it outside of the house.  They're cute.  They both seem like good people.  Other showmances have turned into marriages and kids, so why not them?  The HoH competition is delayed due to rain, a Big Brother first, so we don't find out until Sunday...which was now yesterday as I type this.  I'm about to watch Sunday's ep...so no one tell me what happened!
